Our pork is raised in environmentally controlled buildings where they’re safe from extreme temperatures and predators. They have access to the right amount of food, veterinarian care, a clean environment, and attention. All our pigs are fed vegetarian diets formulated by nutritionists, with added essential oils for a natural immunity boost. Anyone that handles our pigs have been through the National Pork Producers Pork Quality Assurance Plus (PQA) training.
There are no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.
We offer nitrate and MSG-free options for our pork too!
Here's How Buying Bulk Pork Works:
Step 1 - Reserve your pork
Reserve your pork by placing your non-refundable deposit. After your deposit is paid, we’ll personally email you to confirm your deposit and let you know your pork's scheduled processing date.
Step 2 - We'll continue to raise the BEST pork for you
Your pork will continue to be raised using our high quality practices to achieve the healthiest and tastiest pork. At your scheduled harvest time, we’ll hand pick your pork and take it to an amazing, family owned USDA processor.
Step 3 - Your pork is processed & delivery is scheduled
Our craft butchers will hand cut your pork and slow smoke your hams and bacon. Your pork cuts are professionally vacuum-sealed and labeled with names and weights. The pork is then flash-frozen to preserve freshness, quality, and flavor for one year in your freezer! Once packed you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance due and confirm you will be home to receive your pork on your scheduled delivery date.
